1 Introduction & Eligibility
Dbaje.ws ("dbaje", "we", "platform") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for bettors in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between dbaje and its members ("you", "user").

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility
Dbaje is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Online betting must be legally permitted in your country or region.
- Individuals with mental health conditions or addiction issues are strongly advised not to open an account, for their own protection.
- Dbaje employees and officers, along with their immediate family members, are prohibited from participating in certain markets.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to all transactions on dbaje. We process deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes.
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be automatically returned.
Withdrawal:
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes.

5 Betting Rules

- If odds change before a match or event begins, bets will be settled at the last confirmed odds.
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, dbaje reserves the right to void the bet and return the full stake.
- If match-fixing or data manipulation is suspected, dbaje reserves the right to void the relevant bets.
Live Betting:
- Odds in live betting change rapidly and may shift until a bet is confirmed.
- Dbaje is not liable for any losses incurred due to connectivity issues during live betting.
- The in-play betting feature is available on selected events.
Cash Out:
Dbaje offers a Cash Out feature, allowing you to secure a partial or full return before a match ends. Cash Out offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at dbaje's sole discretion.
6 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Dbaje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted those specific terms.
Welcome Bonus:
- New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.

Reload & Special Offers:

- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Attempting to exploit technical glitches on the platform.
If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though this may be delayed while an investigation is ongoing.
